Wildflower daisies

On a recent Sunday the whole family including Barney and Fred went to the cemetery armed with weeding tools. The girls set about clearing their great great great grandma Woodhouse's grave then planted wildflower daisy seeds which will be watched with keen anticipation over the next few months.

The next day was Sophie's pre-primary ballet exam. The girls looked beautiful and poised with their hairspray and ribbons. Firstly they congregated in the quiet-time room with their minder, practised their curtsies and then went upstairs for their exam. Sophie read her certificate with interest (given instantly at the conclusion of the exam) but she really lit up when the lollipops were produced. Wilma and Sophie went out for lunch before Sophie had to go to school for the afternoon.
