Energy

Today Rosie went to school for the whole day including PE in the morning. Wilma got quite a lot of MSO bowing done in the corridor when she wasn't outside checking that PE was safe. Rosie is, as you may have gathered, very keen to go out for lunch though, so the dynamic duo headed out for something a little closer to their roots - pies. Then, wanting more excitement in her lunch hour, Rosie suggested a quick trip to the bank to deposit her windfall from the tooth fairy. Two teeth in one week meant an extra $10 to pad the savings account.

Back at school for the afternoon, maths and creative writing were on the menu. Rosie has been writing a story about a horse for the last couple of days. She seems to have transfered her enthusiasm for actual horseriding (which had been a fortnightly activity and is now off limits for a while) to a virtual horseworld.

Her energy level seemed pretty good at the end of the school day and she was still sufficiently motivated to go home and cook the Bolognese, her Tuesday special. Meanwhile, Sophie had a brainwave with the packaging tape.
