Almost a normal day
Almost a normal school day - the only difference is that these days Rosie and Sophie get dropped off and picked up from school instead of catching the tram by themselves. Rosie is not quite used enough to checking her right side to be completely reliable around traffic yet. She's pretty good but has the occasional lapse when she's not thinking about it.
After school Rosie and Sophie had their regular Friday aftermoon swimming lesson. After an initial period of fear and loathing of swimming lessons (around age 4 or 5) during which she hung on to the edge of the pool and screamed, Rosie has since been very happy in the water, and it shows.
Jessye, Rosie, and Sophie are working hard on Sophie's 7th Birthday Party, to be held tomorrow. Little girls from Fitzroy, North Fitzroy, and Carlton will descend upon 106 Nicholson Street to celebrate the occasion.

hi Rosie
you're lucky to get all that sushi and wow you've got a cool mobile phone (yeah, had to show him, Jen) and that's a bigggg teddy. Good luck for the hospital next week.
We are going downtown now to get moomintroll books (they are white little blobby troll creatures that have lots of adventures)
